Real growth doesn't come from information. It comes from execution.
I’ve spent the last week journaling and outlining my 3-year execution plan for 100.Partners.
The adventure starts today.
The Lab
In a short time I’ve been able to take our Partner program at beehiiv from zero to now doing over 7-figures per year for the business boasting thousands of partners with a small team of two. This is just the start as we continue to build beehiiv into the next 🦄 .
My daily beehiiv work is where strategies are proven in the trenches.

I love the concept of "Learn. Do. Teach".

To gamify the process my goals are simple: build this business to $1.5k/day in profit that serves 25 Club customers, let’s me create an environment to share my ideas in a fun way everyday, and allows me apply even more knowledge back into beehiiv to further grow the partner program.
These numbers aren’t random; it's the funding for key elements of my dream life I’ve reverse engineered:
A finca (farm house) in Colombia
A Land Cruiser 70 series
A wedding (my biggest partnership yet)
A honeymoon trip to Japan

Daily Social Posts. I'll share insights and document the journey every day on X
A Daily-ish Newsletter. I'll go deeper for my subscribers, sending actionable insights to help them build their own partner programs here.
Workshops, Trainings & Tools. I'll offer access to paid assets to help you on the journey. The right people will naturally want to go deeper.
The 100.Partners Club. The goal here is depth, not scale. I'm growing an exclusive club capped initially at 5 members to ensure I can help them in a massive way build million dollar partner program for their companies. Then I will open the doors for new club members to join after at an increased price.
You not only get 1:1 access to me but the collaboration and networking benefits of everyone in the club.
That's the plan.
But a plan without boundaries leads to burnout. So this mission runs on rules, not hope.
A 3-Year Death Date. This business has an expiration date. On July 1st, 2029, it’s over. The clock creates urgency and forces the delivery of maximum value, quickly. This is my “Partnership season”. I invite you to join while it lasts.
The 90-Minute Mandate. I will only allocate 90 minutes per day to this venture. Profit comes from the quality of your inputs, not the quantity of your hours worked.
Lean. 1 person (me) and 1 VA leveraging AI. A lean model that prioritizes profit, not overhead.
Zero Maybes. I only deal in "yes" or "no." Chasing indecisive people is a waste of the most valuable asset: energy.
The plan is set. The clock is ticking.
